We require payment on the day of service as we do not run accounts.

We accept Chronic Disease Management (CDM) formally known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and Department Veterans Affairs (DVA) referrals from a General Practitioner. Referrals must be provided before your next booking to be used at that appointment. Other conditions may apply so please speak with our receptionists about referrals.
We understand circumstances can change but do appreciate 24-hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Your consideration and cooperation are greatly appreciated as it provides an opportunity to offer your allocated time to another person.
Without adequate notice, a fee may be requested for the total cost of a cancelled appointment.

We are situated in Building H, the same building as the Victoria Point cinemas. Entrance is through glass doors near Cold Rock Ice Creamery and directly beside Little Red Dumpling restaurant. A lift and stairs are available to level 1. Our office (Shop H28) is visible from the top of the stairs and on exiting the lift.
