Since graduating with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from Macquarie University, I’ve enjoyed working at Victoria Point Chiropractic for over 15 years. I was previously a tutor in peripheral biomechanics and enjoy treating both spinal and peripheral joints to reduce pain and improve function.
I have a special interest in chronic pain syndromes, headaches, migraines, gut dysfunction, and women’s health concerns. I love seeing improvements in more complex cases and focus particularly on postural alignment and stabilisation to reduce mechanical stress on the nervous system.
As a parent of two young children, I also enjoy assessing and treating children for postural stability as they progress through their school years, and teaching them how to take care of their health and bodies.
I believe there is a close relationship between mechanical, chemical, and emotional stress, all of which can contribute to mechanical dysfunction.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, especially playing volleyball and bouldering with my children.
I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey toward better movement and function!
