Bethany is passionate about improving joint, muscle and nerve function. Her focus is to eliminate pain and promote health using a holistic approach and varied techniques.
In conjunction with exercise, Bethany believes that a healthy diet, adequate rest, good posture and positive attitudes are important to maintaining great health.
