I studied my Master of Chiropractic at Central Queensland University, after training as a yoga and Pilates teacher and remedial massage therapist. I love helping people move better and take an active role in their health and well-being.
In practice, I use a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, cupping, dry needling, and shockwave therapy, as well as rehabilitation and active recovery advice. I enjoy working with athletes, particularly runners and lifters, to help manage load and prevent or rehabilitate injuries.
I also enjoy helping people with postural complaints, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues, and neck and lower back pain.
In my spare time, I like to run with my dogs, Mash and Pickles, and nerd out with chiropractic research projects focused on spinal health and comorbidities.
If you need help moving and feeling your best, Iām here to support you.
